Sometimes in this crazy world it seems like nothing is safe.

Two types of the Bounce Energy Bars that contain sunflower seeds may be contaminated with Listeria Monocytogenes (L mono).  L. mono is a pathogen that can develop into meningitis.  Isn’t it ironic that these energy balls used by healthy people for a quick energy boost could end up causing a serious health problem.  The bars have been recalled and no one has reported that they became ill so maybe this story will have a safe and happy ending.
