Syracuse University wrote to their International Graduate Students that New York state law requires that they submit their vaccination records including but not limited to: A meningococcal meningitis vaccination within the last five years and after the age of 16, or a waiver if they have a medical or religious exemption before finalizing their plans for the upcoming semester.
